Cream of milk cookies or Slap

Ingredients
20cl of cream
1 pinch of salt
20g powdered sugar
100g of flour
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 8 on a scale of 10, as for a pie.
In a bowl put the cream, salt, sugar, mix, add flour until the mixture is thick but still too sticky to knead by hand.
With two small spoons put small packets of dough the size of a walnut on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a hot oven, the cookies should remain blond.
