Verrine white chocolate and cookies

Ingredients
20cl of liquid cream
200g of white dessert chocolate
4cookiestout chocolate
Preparation
whip the liquid cream into whipped cream (even if it's not hard and just thickened it works) put the chocolate in the microwave with 4 tablespoons of cold water. Mix everything delicately. put the cookies in pieces in the bottom of the glasses and add the chocolate preparation. put in the fridge for at least 2 hours, you can do it the day before (very practical!).
