Ingredients
20cl of liquid cream
20cl of milk
1sachet of vanilla sugar
40g powdered sugar
1applegolden
4 teaspoons of nutella
3 eggs
Preparation
Peel the apple and cut it into thin quarters.
Mix the eggs and the sugar + vanilla sugar, add the milk and the cream, place the apple quarters in a small pot or cassolette mould, with the Breton puck at the bottom and gently pour the mixture, add a spoonful of nutella to the centre, bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
