Christmas cookies with hazelnuts (Nüsskipfel)

Ingredients
210g of butter
250g of flour
200g of hazelnut powder
170g of sugar
1sachet of vanilla sugar
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Preparation
Mix butter, flour and hazelnut powder to make a paste.
Roll it into a sausage about 2.5 cm in diameter.
Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut into slices 1 to 2 cm thick, and form crescents (shape of the type Moon crescents).
Cook at 175°C (thermostat 5-6), about 15 min.
Let cool a few moments, before rolling them in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar (attention: the cookies are crumbly when they come out of the oven!).
Store in a cool and dry place.
