Honey Muffins

Ingredients
220g of flour
55g of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of baking yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 beaten eggs
125ml of liquid honey
125ml of orange juice
75g of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C and butter the muffin tins.
Mix the following ingredients well in two separate containers:
Mix 1: flour, yeast, salt, sugar, bicarbonate of soda.
Mixture 2: eggs, honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla.
Make a well in Mixture 1 and add Mixture 2.
Homogenize slightly and quickly, but above all do not beat the dough too much, it is to have a lumpy aspect.
Using a tablespoon, fill the moulds 2/3 full with dough and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool then unmould on a wire rack.
