Every Client Is The Same

First off .. I’m by no means implying that your clients aren’t special or important.  They are. Extremely important.

What I’m saying is that every client should NOT be receiving a completely different service. Client A should be getting the same core service as Client B .. and so on and so forth.

If each client were to have completely different work done, how are you supposed to build systems and processes?

How are you supposed to remove yourself from the business? You can’t. So you must make sure that every client receives the same core thing.
