DAY 34: SEX ED SATURDAYThe art of brinkmanship is the man’s ability to pull himself back from the ejaculatory edge. Some men train themselves to do this repeatedly during intercourse so they can stay highly aroused for longer periods of time without ejaculating. A few men claim they can experience orgasm without ejaculation through complete mastery of brinksmanship.
A more modest goal: Extend intercourse a little longer. Here’s how to do it:
1. Practice while masturbating, when you can focus entirely on your own process of arousal.
2. Continue stimulation to the point of near orgasm. Stop.
3. Don’t resume stimulation until your arousal level has declined.
4. Repeat as often as possible. Your orgasm should feel stronger—an added benefit.
