Sheik Nafzawi (see page 34), who created the original position thousands of years ago, said it was “the easiest of all intercourse methods”—with “easiest” being a relative term. I tamed this bull a little. While still retaining the character of the bull, it’s a more user-friendly position now.
1. She lies on her front with pillows under her hips to raise her buttocks.
2. He approaches from behind, but not in the classic rear-entry position. Instead, he stretches his body along her back, fitting himself against her.
3. Once he has established the most comfortable and expeditious fit of their bodies, he inserts his penis into her vagina.
4. He holds on to her hip with one hand and wraps the other under her body so that he can stroke her clitoris as he thrusts.
5. The position limits his movement, sustaining his arousal and prolonging orgasm, while he brings her to one manually assisted orgasm after another.
