You can do this adaptation of the Root Lock alone or together.
1. Sit in the yoga position or lie on your back with knees bent. (If you do it together, face each other in the position or lie side by side.)
2. About halfway through a deep breath, contract your sphincter muscles.
3. Expand the breath and the contraction to the anus through the PC muscle supporting the pelvic floor and into the genitals. (Men will feel a pull in their testicles and women a quiver in the labia when they’re doing this right.)
4. Do a set of ten.
5. Now do a set of ten, alternating this move with the PC flex.
