Pull out those weights again—and turn yourself (and your lover) on. If you have a full-length mirror, stand in front of it as you do this one.

The Row-It-All-the-Way-Up

1. Stand with your legs comfortably apart, hands at your sides, a weight in each hand.

2. Bring your hands together with the weights touching in front of your body.

3. Bend from the waist. The weights remain touching as you lower them to the floor.

4. In a rowing motion, pull them back up to your waist.

5. Turn your arms so that your hands are facing in and raise the weights over your head.

6. Come back to your waist and position the weights together again.

7. Do a set of at least 20 reps.
