There’s only one place to make up the critical time difference: foreplay. The faster partner (almost certainly him) focuses more oral and manual attention on the “slower” partner (most likely her). Don’t begin intercourse until the two of you are in sync.

He knows the signs of high arousal—sweating, panting, trembling thighs, shaky voice, splotchy chest. Watch for them. Keep up the stimulation until you see them. Maintaining eye contact will also help. Check your time cards so you will know how long this takes for each partner.
