Movie Quickies #1: Body Heat

This movie is so hot that you never question why there appeared to be no air-conditioning in Florida in the late twentieth century. Odd. But William Hurt and Kathleen Turner in their sexual prime make questions irrelevant.

The hottest scene: He breaks the glass, turns the lock, and lets himself into the entryway of her house—while she watches. (Couldn’t she open the door? Again, you don’t question as you’re watching.) He hikes her red pencil skirt up her thighs and takes her right there.

To re-create the scene without breaking glass:

Dressed in a pencil skirt, white shirt, no panties, and stiletto pumps, she is waiting for him when he comes home. He throws down his briefcase and takes her hungrily in his arms. She raises one leg, bent at the knee, and he pushes that skirt up, caressing her thigh. They kiss and fondle one another like animals in heat.

Pushing her skirt up to her waist, he grabs her into his arms and leans against the wall. The position gives him support so that he can hold her up with his hand under one buttock. Instead of wrapping her leg around his waist in the classic pose, she raises it, bent at the knee, as she did when he grabbed her inside the door. This gives her more clitoral stimulation and lets her feel his hot hand caressing her thigh.
