1 cup frozen unsweetened cherries
1/2 cup canned pineapple tidbits packed in juice
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1. In food processor or blender, process the cherries, pineapple, yogurt, and flaxseed until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately. One serving is 1 glass.
