Here is a healthy whole grain dipper for any of the spreads here.
4 whole wheat pita breads
1. Cut each pita bread into 4 triangles. Separate each triangle into 2 halves at the fold. Arrange, rough side up, on a baking sheet. Spritz lightly with olive oil nonstick spray. Bake at 425°F (220°C) until crisp, 8 to 10 minutes. One serving is 4 crisps.
Per serving: 60 calories, 2 g protein, 12 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 1 g total fat, 0 g saturated fat, 120 mg sodium.
