Absolute horror is the only thing I can use to describe the scene. The town’s women that came are grabbing at Belle trying to drag her away into the forest and the Men have all circled around the beastly man. My best friend and three other men have him restrained barely. When they say this man is a beast they truly mean it, he is body builder muscular, and it looks like he is in the top of his class.
I watch as he cries out for Belle, he yells that he will come and get here no matter where they take her he will find her, that she is forever his .
“I love you my Belle, always remember that you are the rose to my thorn.” He bellows and starts to struggle to get to her. He is murmuring under his breath to just let him get to her, that she is going to get hurt.
“BEAST!” she screams and tries to get away. The woman, they have her pinned to a tree and you can hear them telling her that he is a brute and should be punished for it, that no man would take a female away from her father.
I rush into the middle of circle and yell for them to stop.
“Why are you doing this?” I shout, they can't think this right. “Can’t you see that they are in love with each other? You preach that you support the person’s right to love, yet right now you are standing here interfering in their love.”
As I stand there with my hands out keeping everyone away, trying to talk these townsfolk into walking away. Why can’t these people, people that say they want nothing but the best for their beloved Belle, see what they are doing to her. Her face is covered in tears; they are tearing apart my best friend. I am just about to yell at them all to stop when a growl so loud pierces the air, a sudden pain explodes at the side of my head, the force of the punch has me staggering before seeing stars then my world goes black.
