Oatmeal

Makes 2

Portion: one cup

 

1 Cup Rice Milk

1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon, or a whole cinnamon stick

2 tsp of Raw Honey or Maple Syrup

Pinch of Salt

1 Tbsp Raisins

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Rolled Oats

 

Optional: ¼ tsp Cardamom, and a pinch of black pepper
