For Dressing

1 Cup Cashews

¼ C Mango Chutney

¼ C Rice Vinegar

3 Tbsp Curry Powder

Pinch of Salt

6 oz. Water

 

For Salad

1½ C Celery, Chopped Small

½ C Green Onions

1 Can Chickpeas or 1½ C Cooked Garbanzos

1/3 C Cherries or Cranberries

1 Tsp of Salt
