•1 Cup Cashews
•¼ C Mango Chutney
•¼ C Rice Vinegar
•3 Tbsp Curry Powder
•Pinch of Salt
•6 oz. Water
For Salad
•1½ C Celery, Chopped Small
•½ C Green Onions
•1 Can Chickpeas or 1½ C Cooked Garbanzos
•1/3 C Cherries or Cranberries
•1 Tsp of Salt
