Walnut Balls

Ingredients

 

Makes: 10

Portion: about one quarter cup

 

1½ Tbsp Olive Oil

Pink Salt

1 Small Yellow Onion – about 1/2 C minced or chopped small

1 Red Bell Pepper, diced or chopped small

3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced

3 Tbsp Dried Basil

1-2 Tsps Paprika

1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes (if you like it spicy, if not, omit)

1-3 Tbsps Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Cup Walnuts

1 Can Chickpeas, or 1-2 Cups of cooked Chickpeas

1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
