Walnut Balls
Ingredients
Makes: 10
Portion: about one quarter cup
•1½ Tbsp Olive Oil
•Pink Salt
•1 Small Yellow Onion – about 1/2 C minced or chopped small
•1 Red Bell Pepper, diced or chopped small
•3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
•3 Tbsp Dried Basil
•1-2 Tsps Paprika
•1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes (if you like it spicy, if not, omit)
•1-3 Tbsps Balsamic Vinegar
•1/2 Cup Walnuts
•1 Can Chickpeas, or 1-2 Cups of cooked Chickpeas
•1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
