In this recipe, we shall increase the threshold value to migrate VMs if there could be moderate improvements made to the cluster's load balance:

Log in to vCenter and navigate to the desired cluster, Configure | vSphere DRS, and click on Edit. Expand the DRS automation.
Move the Migration Threshold slider toward Aggressive by 1 unit, as depicted in the following screenshot:
