SUE LEE SNUGGLED IN with Alex after everyone left and had a question on her mind.

“They are the key to selling the diamonds. Their goal is to inundate the market to bring down the De Beers family that controls the world diamond sales. With the Himmler loot and the future Alaska find even if the Potts brothers and Jewels sell their stolen shares at discount prices they will make millions.”
“Why the stamps, working capital? Sue Lee yawned and rested her head Alex’s shoulder.”
“That’s my guess, but working with Jewels is a mistake. Somehow or somewhere he will pull a double-cross on them. I perceive him as a loner, most fences are to keep the expenses low. “I see Sherlock Holmes is in for a little shut-eye.” He reached over and turned out the light. “She should not be woken so late at night. It is best she spends the night here with me.” He said smiling to himself.

“WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD, we need to show some decorum along with modesty since we are guest in Sir Jonathan’s home,” Alex said with a smile on his face watching Sue Lee slowly come awake.
“I have a thought, what are you going to do since the ambush was not an inside plot against you, will you rise from the dead and return to work? Wait, before you answer that, where are my clothes?”
“You certainly would not expect a gentleman to let his lady friend sleep over in wrinkled clothing. He would be a cad.”
“I agree, and I’m so glad you are feeling better, now before you start flexing your manly muscle answer my first question.”She said snuggling closer to him.
“Its hard to concentrate with a naked woman by your side, but I will give it a short try. I’m seriously considering retirement, but I want to heal before making a final decision.”
“I know a small seaside village where you can stay in a cute cottage on a hillside and paint, and do other things,” she sighed.
