A Fair Country opened at Lincoln Center Theater’s Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater in New York City on February 19, 1996. The sets were designed by Tony Walton, the lights by James F. Ingalls, the costumes by Jane Greenwood, the sound by Scott Lehrer and original music was composed by Robert Waldman. Daniel Sullivan directed the following cast:
