Additional Trails

The Marymere Falls Trail is an easy stroll from the Storm King Ranger Station to a 90-foot waterfall. The first part of the trail is barrier-free as it passes through a grove of old-growth Douglas fir on the Barnes Creek delta.

The Upper Barnes Creek Trail is no longer maintained. The old tread runs up to the divide, then ends abruptly in the face of sheer rocks.

The Fairholm Campground Trail makes a 0.8-mile loop through the forest west of Lake Crescent.

The Aurora Creek Trail is an extremely steep path that climbs from the shore of Lake Crescent to intercept the Aurora Ridge Trail.

The Ancient Groves Trail is a self-guided nature walk in the bottomland forest of the Sol Duc Valley.

The Lover’s Lane Trail follows the west bank of the Sol Duc River from the hot springs to Sol Duc Falls. It can be combined with the first mile of the High Divide Loop and the Sol Duc Campground Trail for a 4-mile loop trip.

The Sol Duc Campground Trail connects the hot springs resort with the High Divide trailhead via both loops of the automobile campground.
