Wini Moranville has worked as a food writer and editor for twenty-five years. She is the author of The Bonne Femme Cookbook: Simple, Splendid Food That French Women Cook Every Day and has contributed to many cooking magazines and websites. She has a particular passion for heirloom recipes and served as the researcher and writer for Test Kitchen Favorites, a book of best-loved Better Homes and Gardens recipes from 1928 to the early 2000s. Wini is also a published fiction writer and the author of The Record Player and Other Stories. A fan of both France and Louisa May Alcott, Wini’s next project is a travelogue that traces the author’s extensive journeys through France. When not traveling, she lives in Des Moines with her husband, David Wolf.
