Magic-Era Creatures
Circoux – Lupine. About six feet tall, sapphire eyes, long upright tufted ears, a modest tufted mane, and two tails. They breathe blue-black fire and can Morph into other animals similar to their anatomy, like dogs
Ashe – Penn’s Circoux Familiar
Cephi – Creatures of Divine magic. Doll sized with a glowing white body that shimmers with iridescence. Wispy hair like spun silk, oversized golden eyes and delicate, translucent wings
Luce – The Cephi that lives with Penn and Ashe
Bexscrimi – Vicious creatures with six glowing, electric blue eyes. Facial features similar to a baboon with two long tusks protruding from the sides of their face. A primate-like, muscled body. Somewhat hunched back. Legs made for running and climbing, and the shorter limbs in the front made for tearing meat. Sharp claws
Haellin – Similar to mini Shetland ponies with sheep-like fur and floppy rabbit ears. A docile, non-violent creature
Iloxi – About the size of an adolescent elephant with the lithe anatomy of a gazelle. Downy pelt in pastel shades, impressive horns, and huge, slit pupil eyes in jewel tones. They were used as land transport
Killipsion – Gentle water creatures with barrel-like bodies covered in colorful scales, large, front flippers and long necks adorned by impressive dorsal fins. Their backs were rich environments for coral reefs
Omnara – Large water beast used for travel. Larger than blue whales but similar in anatomy, albeit flatter and wider, like giant sting rays
Vicasiv – Serpentine, two heads, thick, purple-colored bodies. Fruit eaters. Their shed skin is used the way leather is
Fosfuro – Scaly creatures with a double row of sharp teeth, eight stubby legs, and a tail that ends in a ball of spikes
Humitsu – Bird-like creature with skin like stone and sharp claws
Magic Construct Creatures
Zaphyr – Wind based magic bird created by Wind Conjurers that have cloud like bodies and are large enough to travel on
Suniksu – Created by Fire Conjurers. Large, with four pillar like legs, a head that resembles a mashup between a gorilla’s and a lion’s, and a flaming mane
Pachrall – A stone and dirt humanoid construct created by Earth Conjurers
Luboc – A bubble-like creature created by Water Conjurers. Used for deep sea fishing and exploration
Jigori – Magic eaters created by Necromajin. Made of roiling darkness with vaguely wolf-like anatomy. They use shadows to travel
Majimorta – The powerful dark magic construct responsible for the Magic Collapse that was locked in the nexus points
Magical Items
Mortalstones – Worn by magic users. Oval shaped, midnight blue, with streaks of black and white
Cillari Stones – Used by Temporals. Capable of showing someone their past memories
Chronspheres – Used by Temporals to store time. Hexagonal-shaped, jade colored, streaked with gold
Portalorbs – Used by Temporals to travel between time pockets
Firi Stones – Elemental stone of fire
Perli Stones – Elemental stone of earth
Tawa Stones – Elemental stone of water
Zesu Stones – Elemental stone of air
Pfura Stones – Legendary magical item. Will grant any wish whispered to them
Stasis Water – Legendary magical item. Will immortalize anything it touches
Types of Talent Magic
Shapers – Magic users who can manipulate physical matter such as wood, metal, textiles, stones, bones, and paper
Conjurers – Magic users who can harness one of the four elements: air, earth, water, fire. They can create and control elemental creatures that are used for things like transportation, hunting, travel, and labor
Tamers – Magic users who have mastery over flora and fauna
Temporals – Magic users who have mastery over time manipulation
Diviners – Magic users who use celestial guidance for card reading. Theirs is the only type of magic that can purify all the others
Necromajin – Practitioners of dark magic
Other
Auraxa Reiv – Powerful celestial alignment that occurs every three hundred years and intensifies all magic. It is the only time all five nexus points are open at the same time. The constellation includes a supermoon surrounded by a colorful nebula clustered with stars that follow a pattern of curves and angles
Wild Magic – Magic within the natural world such as sentient forests, time warped caves, and Stasis Water
Nexus Points – There are five nexus points: Shaper, Tamer, Conjurer, Temporal, Diviner. The Diviner nexus is centered among the other four. Each nexus opens only when its corresponding celestial alignment comes around. To have Talent magic you must be born when one of the nexus points are open
