Whole Wheat Bread

A perfect addition to your dietary plans.

Ingredients:

3½ cups of whole wheat flour

1¼ cups of lukewarm water

¼ cup of maple syrup or honey

¼ cup of sunflower seeds, optional

2 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil

1 tablespoon of vital wheat gluten, optional

1½ teaspoons of instant yeast

1½ teaspoons of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic white bread or whole wheat setting and press start.
