Ingredients:
4 cups of bread flour
1½ cups of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of canola oil
2¼ teaspoons of active dry yeast
1¾ teaspoons of salt
Directions:
1. First add the liquid ingredients to the bread machine pan, followed by the dry ingredients except the yeast.
2. Sprinkle the dry yeast on the mixture and close the machine.
3. Select basic setting and then, press start.
