French Bread

Produce bread just the way it is made in France.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

2½ cups of bread flour

¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons of water

1½ tablespoon of margarine or butter

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of active dry yeast

¾ teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. Pour in the water into the bread machine, followed by the flour and the rest of the ingredients.

2. Select normal cycle and press start.
