Rosemary Bread

This bread is suitable as an appetizer.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

3 cups of all-purpose flour

1 cup of warm water

3 tablespoons of white sugar

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2½ teaspoon of active dry yeast

2 teaspoons of dried rosemary, crushed

1½ teaspoons of salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ teaspoon of ground thyme

Directions:

1. Add the warm water to the bread machine pan and sprinkle in the sugar and yeast. Leave to sit in the pan for about 10 minutes until it forms a creamy foam atop the water.

2. Sprinkle in the remaining ingredients, select light crust setting and press start.
