Ingredients:
2 cups of bread flour
1¼ cups of water
1 cup of whole wheat flour
½ cup of regular or quick oatmeal
¼ cup of molasses
¾ cup of walnuts
1 tablespoon of oil
2¼ teaspoons of active dry yeast
1½ teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select quick or regular cycle and press start.
