Have this bread even if you are on a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients:
2 cups of rice brown flour
1 cup of fresh gluten- free buttermilk
½ cup of water
¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of melted butter
1/3 cup of tapioca flour
1/3 cup of potato starch flour
1½ tablespoons of active dry yeast
3 large eggs
3½ teaspoons of xanthan gum
1½ teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
Directions:
1. In your bread machine pan, place the melted butter, buttermilk, salt and rice vinegar. Use a rubber spatula to stir.
2. Whisk all the dry ingredients thoroughly except the yeast in a large bowl.
3. Beat the water and eggs lightly in another bowl.
4. Put half of the dry ingredients into the bread pan, add the egg mix and cover with the remaining dry ingredients. Sprinkle the yeast on top.
5. Select light crust setting and then press start.
