Rye Caraway Bread

The caraway seeds make the bread taste absolutely divine.

Ingredients:

1¼ cups of lukewarm water

1¾ cups of bread flour

¾ cup of rye flour

¾ cup of whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons of molasses

2 tablespoons of dry milk powder

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1½ tablespoons of caraway seeds

1¾ teaspoons of active dry yeast

1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select grain setting and press start.
