Peanut Butter Bread

Express your love for peanut butter with this protein-rich bread.

Ingredients:

1½ cups of bread flour

1½ cups of whole wheat flour

1¼ cups of water

½ cup of creamy or chunky peanut butter

¼ cup of brown sugar

3 tablespoons of gluten flour

2¼ teaspoons of active dry yeast 

¼ teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select whole wheat setting and press start.
