Pecan Fruit Bread

Enjoy the rich taste of this sweet loaf.

Cooking time: 3 hours

Ingredients:

1¾ cups of unbleached white all-purpose flour

½ cup of chopped pecans, toasted

½ cup of oat bran cereal

½ cup of water

1/3 cup of orange juice

¾ cup of mixed dried fruit chopped 

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

1 tablespoon of non-fat dry milk powder

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 egg

1½ teaspoon of bread machine yeast

¼ teaspoon of orange's zest

¾ teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients except the fruit and pecans to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select sweet bread setting and press start.

3. Add the dried fruits and pecans when the machine beeps.
