Mango Loaf

Enjoy summer times with the tropical taste of this loaf.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours 20 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups of unbleached bread flour

1¼ cups of puréed mango

1 cup of white whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

1½ tablespoons of vital wheat gluten

1½ teaspoons of regular instant yeast

1½ teaspoons of Apple Pie Spice

1½ teaspoons of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic white bread setting and press start.
