Fresh Veggies Bread

Make this healthy loaf with the produce of your garden.

Ingredients:

2½ cups of bread flour

½ cup of warm buttermilk

½ cup of old-fashioned oats

¼ cup of red sweet pepper, chopped

2/3 cup of zucchini, shredded

3 tablespoons of water

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons of parmesan or Romano cheese, grated

1 tablespoon of canola oil

1½ teaspoons of active dry yeast

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of lemon-pepper seasoning

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic bread setting and press start.
