Corn Bread

Incredibly delicious and simple to prepare.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 1 hour 50 minutes

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

1¼ cups of all-purpose flour

1 cup of cornmeal

1 cup of canned milk

¼- ½ cup of corn, optional

¼ cup of melted butter 

¾ cup of brown sugar

2 eggs, lightly beaten

3 tsp baking powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

½ tsp salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select quick bread setting and press start.
