Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread

A healthy, easy and yummy combination.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 18

Ingredients:

4 cups of whole wheat flour

1ΒΌ cups of whole wheat sourdough starter

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons of water

2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

2 teaspoons of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic or whole wheat cycle and press start.
