Quick Sourdough Bread

This sourdough loaf is best eaten with fruits or jam.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 4 hours 30 minutes

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

3¼ cups of bread flour

½ cup of plain Greek yogurt

2/3 cup of water

1 tablespoon of sugar or honey

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter softened

3 teaspoons of dry yeast

1½ teaspoons of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select whole wheat setting and press start.
