Multi Grain Sourdough Bread

A unique twist on the classic sourdough loaf.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 13

Ingredients:

3 cups of unbleached white all-purpose flour

2/3 cup of 7 grain hot cereal

2/3 cup of water

¾ cup of sourdough starter

2½ tablespoons of packed brown sugar

1½ tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine

1 tablespoon of water or flour

1 tablespoon of vital wheat gluten

1½ teaspoons of active dry yeast

¾ teaspoon of sea salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic bread cycle and press start.
