Sourdough Rye Bread

Take a trip to Czech Republic with a bite from this loaf.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1½ cups of rye flour

1 cup of bread flour

1 cup of non-dairy milk

1 cup of sourdough starter

½ cup of half-baked potato, grated

¾ cup of wheat flour

5 tablespoons of wheat gluten

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of salt

2 teaspoons of caraway seeds

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select dough cycle and press start.
