Pretzel And Beer Bread

A unique and mouthwatering combination.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours 30 minutes

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

4 cups of bread flour

1 cup of nonalcoholic or regular beer

½ cup of water

¾ cup of pretzels, cut into bite-size pieces about 1x¾ inch

3 tablespoons of butter or margarine, softened

1 tablespoon of packed brown sugar

1¾ teaspoons of bread machine yeast

1½ teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of ground mustard

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients except the pretzels to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic/white cycle and press start.

3. Add the pretzels just before your machine signals final kneading.
