Jalapeno Corn Bread

Add some “fire” to your meal with this spicy combination.

Ingredients:

3¼ cup of bread flour

1/3 cup of cornmeal

2/3 cup of frozen corn, thawed and drained

¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons of water

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, softened

1 tablespoon of jalapeño chili, chopped

2½ teaspoons of quick active dry yeast or bread machine

1½ teaspoons of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select basic/white cycle and press start.
