This soft and sweet loaf can be eaten alone or used for sandwiches.

Ingredients:
4 cups of bread flour
1 1/3 cups of water
½ cup of chopped Swiss cheese
½ cup of fully cooked ham, chopped
3 tablespoons of potato flakes, mashed
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of cornmeal
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 tablespoon of nonfat dry milk powder
1½ teaspoons of salt
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients except the ham and cheese to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select basic bread setting and press start.
3. Add the ham and cheese just before your machine signals final kneading.
