Panettone Christmas Bread

Make Christmas magical with this yummy loaf.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

3¼ cups of flour

½ cup of mixed dried fruit, chopped

¼ cup of softened butter

¾ cup of water

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons of powdered milk

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 teaspoons of yeast

1½ teaspoons of vanilla extract

1½ teaspoons of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients except the fruit to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select sweet bread setting and press start.

3. Add the dried fruit when the machine beeps.
