Ingredients:
1½ cups of bread flour
1 1⁄8 cups of warm water
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of rye flour
1⁄3 cup of molasses
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1½ tablespoons of caraway seeds
1½ tablespoons of canola oil
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of lemon juice, optional
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select Wheat setting and press start.
