Polynesian Sweet Bread

This loaf is sweet and citrusy.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 3 hours

Servings: 18

Ingredients:

3 cups of bread flour

1 cup of milk

1/3 cup of white sugar

2 tablespoons of butter

1 egg

3 drops of lemon essential oil

2½ teaspoons of active dry yeast

¾ teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.

2. Place the butter, milk, oil, egg and salt at the bottom of the bread maker pan.

3. Pour the flour mix on top of the ingredients in the machine pan and dump the yeast on top.

4. Select Sweet Bread settings and press start.
