Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups of bread flour
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon of water
½ cup of pecans, roughly chopped
¼ cup of semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of dry milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
10 wrapped caramels
1½ teaspoons of active dry yeast
¾ teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients except the pecans and chocolate chips to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select Sweet Bread or Basic/White setting and press start.
3. Add the pecans and chocolate chips just before your machine signals final kneading.
