Ingredients:
4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of lukewarm milk
¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of lukewarm water
¼ cup of melted butter, to baste rolls
1 envelope of active dry yeast
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients, except the ¼ cup of melted butter, to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select Dough cycle and press start.
3. When the setting is done, place the dough on a surface that has been floured.
4. Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape to about ½ inch thick with a rolling pin. Divide into 18 portions with a pizza cutter.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the portions on the sheet 2 inches apart. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave until it doubles in volume
6. Preheat an oven to 350F. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Brush with melted butter.
