Brioche Buns

Makes cute sandwiches.

Preparation time: 2 hours

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

3 cups of bread flour

1 cup of water

1/3 cup of white whole wheat flour

3 tablespoons of milk

2½ tablespoons of butter, softened

2½ tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

1 large egg

1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.

2. Select Dough cycle and press start.

3. When the setting is done, place the dough on a surface that has been floured. Divide into 16 portions.

4. Preheat oven to 170F and grease two baking pans with cooking spray.

5. Form each dough portion into a ball and place on the greased baking pan. Leave about 2-3 inches of space between the balls. Spray the shaped dough with cooking spray, cover with a towel loosely and allow to rise in a warmed oven for about 40 minutes or until they are puffed up and nice.

6. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 400F until it becomes golden brown.
