Cocktail Sauce
1/2 cup paleo ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Steamed Shrimp
1 cup water
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
1 Combine cocktail sauce ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate lidded until ready to use.
2 Add water to the Instant Pot® and insert steamer basket. Place shrimp on the steamer basket. Lock lid. Press the Steam button and adjust time to 0 minutes. When timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
3 Serve shrimp, warm or cold, with cocktail sauce.
